iCERS is an acronym for Intelligent Centralized Error Reporting System. This system was designed to streamline the process of finding and eliminating errors in software applications. Many systems report application errors, but eSkyCity uses this proprietary error analysis system to collect and deeply analyze the origin and cause of application errors in real time. These errors are collected in a centralized database using the built-in middleware to provide an application-agnostic database where errors, as well as their point of failure, customers/users affected, and even suggested resolutions are stored for Cross Reference and Rapid Application Patching. This software is currently not available to the general public, but is used everyday on all of eSkyCity’s corporate and customer software as part of our Enhanced Application and IT Management Infrastructure.
